On May 24th, 2016 Fuhui Foundation scholarship awarding ceremony was held in Xichang University. Guan Baowei, Ma Kailian, Liang Dewei from Fuhui Foundation and leaders from Xichang College attended the ceremony. Guan Baowei addressed the meeting and expressed his wish and hope.
